Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Elegance Fashion House, we deal in premium Suits and Sarees, and every product is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to help—subject to the terms mentioned below.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package

  • Product condition

  • Any visible defect, damage, or incorrect item

This video acts as mandatory proof for any return, exchange, or refund request.

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no claim for damage, defect, or wrong product will be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Exchange / Return

Exchange or return is applicable only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • With original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

3. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size issues or fitting preferences

  • Color or design variation (minor color difference due to screen resolution is normal)

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Sarees or suits once worn, washed, or altered

4. Exchange Process

  • Share the unboxing video and images with our customer support team via WhatsApp or email

  • After verification, the exchange request will be approved

  • Exchange will be processed for the same product or similar value, subject to availability

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if an exchange is not possible

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is confirmed as defective or damaged based on video verification:

  • We will arrange an exchange or refund, depending on stock availability

  • Claims raised without proper proof will not be entertained
